Congress is developing legislation now to address carbon emissions. The International Panel on Climate Change recommends goals for emissions reduction based on a scientific consensus of leading scientists worldwide. You can help support a strong approach needed to truly reduce emissions, advance growth of renewable energy technologies and build job opportunities for a sustainable economy.

AMCC is collecting signatures on letters to our congressional delegation. There are two different versions of the letter: one for those engaged in the fishing industry and the other for Alaska residents.

Fishing industry letter: If you are an Alaska resident directly engaged in the seafood industry please provide us your name, mailing address and specify your interest in fisheries (vessel name if you are owner or crew; company name if you are a seafood processor or related business).
