Be sure not to miss AMCC's sponsored events!
On Friday April 16th, from 3:00-4:00pm AMCC staffer Dan Strickland will lead a discussion on oil and gas development in the eastern Bering Sea/Bristol Bay. Dan will discuss the current status of development as well as future options.
Later that evening AMCC will be sponsoring a 'Savor Bristol Bay' reception in partnership with the Bristol Bay Regional Seafood Development Association and Trout Unlimited. Come taste wild salmon appetizers prepared by nationally-celebrated chef Joel Chenet and view images from photographer Nick Hall's latest project Seasons of Subsistence. It all happens from 5-7 on Friday April 16th.
This year AMCC is also teaming up with Sustainable Kodiak to sponsor a forum titled "Off the Grid: Alternative Energy Options for Remote Sites". Check it out on Saturday April 17th from 10:00-11:30am.
